Trivial Quesition- social media and gear sources

I'm not a huge social media guy. I only have FB and I rarely use it. I had tiktok for maybe 10 mins and that was enough, it was deleted.

I know that social platforms such as IG have become the new home to many bbers and gym rats. My question is do they have legitmate gear sources on there like we have on the forums? Or do they just hang out shoot the shit and when it time to load up on gear they run back to the forum boards or just order directly off websites. I know it's not real important im just curious how this works for them.

I've never seen anyone try and buy or sell gear on social media, but im sure some are that stupid. With that said, for anyone that wants to blow money on their favorite "influencer"s line of supplements they aren't shy in telling you how they will transform your physique.

I get solicitation for gear sources constantly
I'm not on social media much but being affiliated with Enhanced Athlete for a minute and there social media I feel like I was "infected" with the herpes of the social media and these idiot solicitors are "flair ups"

Lots of "hrt clinics" advertise on Instagram and pay professional bodybuilders to pimp them as a source. It's almost the same thing.
