Dieting for Fat Loss - stripping off the fat while keeping the muscle
Offseason Eating - gaining muscle while keeping fat gain to a minimum
Post-diet strategies – optimizing your rebound
Diet Tweaks - assessing progress and knowing when and how to make changes
Justin Harris will discuss:
Workout nutrition – pre, during, and post-workout protocols, waxy maize, etc.
Neurotransmitters – getting “psyched”
Making weight then getting your bloat on
Living and coping with small genitalia
Dave Tate will discuss:
His diet experiences (everything from training during a diet, how to “really do this diet crap”, tips, tricks, cardio, etc.)
Seminar will conclude with an open question and answer session
