Im having trouble getting this all together... Im trying to consume 30g of protein
30 grams of carbs
and 10 grams of fat per meal
Im aiming for greens and fruits, chicken, turkey, pork, and fish. NO Beef or milk cause of allergies.
Also, adding in some rice protein powder, pea protein powder and hemp powder. Anyone have any idea how I should construct this?
