Im having trouble getting this all together... Im trying to consume 30g of protein

30 grams of carbs

and 10 grams of fat per meal

Im aiming for greens and fruits, chicken, turkey, pork, and fish. NO Beef or milk cause of allergies.

Also, adding in some rice protein powder, pea protein powder and hemp powder. Anyone have any idea how I should construct this?

look at all your protein sources and see how much it takes to equal the desired grams of protein "X amount of Grams per oz"
do the same thing with the carbs
then figure out what fats those to amounts will have in them and equal then add nuts or olive oil to meet your requirements

Make a list of all the ounces of each carb and meat source you need then match them up as you want

For example...5 oz of Chicken is ~30 Grams of Protein. Add a small piece of fruit and a very small salad and you get around 30 Grams of Carbs. Put a little Olive Oil on your salad and you are almost at your desired fat requirement.

Than just repeat with differnt food combinations following your macros.
 
Invest in a food scale they are inexpensive and absolutely necessary if your being strict with macros.

nutritiondata.com is a great place to figure out how much is what. For example, like rmtt said, 5oz of chicken = 30g protein, unless you are talking about the leg, breast, there is a difference. Go to that site and enter in what kind of meat you have, or veggies, or fruits and it will tell you how much (weight) it takes to get your desired macro
