@troponin just did a video on this on IG.

TRT at a basic dose of 100-200mg/week seems to shut down sperm production.

However Test at Supra physiological levels (check his video for exact wording) seems to create some feedback loop where sperm production continues as many of us have had kids on big cycles.

I can attest that on Dr prescribed TRT 200mg/week my semen analysis came back at 7 lol this was years ago.

You can always have kids afterwards. Would take more than a TRT if you’re deciding to take anything at all. Otherwise you’ll just be shutting off and replacing your own testosterone levels pretty much, without too much effect or benefit

Two boys and a girl here. Using atleast 2 grams of test and a gram of either deca, eq or tren ace everytime. I was smoking a little weed in the evenings before bedtime around the time my daughter was concieved.

Anyone have experience with test + hCG? Wouldn't want anything crazy maybe 100mg week and see where results land

Your test levels fall into the normal range. Sure, slightly low by maybe 10%....

I would not do "trt" at 30 to just shut down my own shit for a smallish bump in levels.

Do a proper cycle or do nothing.

TRT is such an abused term

"I am on TRT", states the 25 year old "fitness influencer"
"I am on TRT+", states the guy taking 500mg per week and has levels in the 1200s
"I am on Sports TRT", states the guy taking 200mg of test/primo/tren

I have 2 kids on 500 mgs of test. A 1 year old and 3 year old boys. You can still get your wife pregnant and I used no HCG .

That's unlikely to happen. Stop worrying and pin test. You'll be fine.

Everyone is a bit different. Some guys keep fertility while on huge cycles. Others can run into trouble. In my late twenties I had complete azoospermia from running cycles from age 19 on. Took over a year off and still had complete azoospermia and test levels sub 200. Urologist put me on hcg mono-therapy which got my test into 400-500 range, which at least helped me feel human again, lol. Restored my sperm count, had 3 kids and then went on trt from there and ever since

So even if you are one of the few who does impair your fertility from running supra-physiological doses - it can be fixed (at least in my experience)

This is also untrue. I did a semen analysis years ago on TRT 200mg a week when we were trying to conceive. My sperm count was 7 with no motility.
I came off TRT, went on hcg and clomid and 3 months later, my daughter was conceived.
