TRT issues I’m having

Hey guys. Got a TRT related question here for some issues I’ve had. 24 years old and have been training with weights since I was 13y/o. Im 210-212 standing at 5'9.5".
HRT for now for 13mo. due to low T (pervious night job, no sleep, and possible miss use of some UG supps that shut me down). That is all fixed now (i work an 8-5, much less stress, 8-9 hrs sleep, etc). My endo initially had me do the clomid test and run HCG for 6 mo. prior to try and restart T production but nothing worked.

-after the tryouts of Clomid & HCG he RX’d 225-250mg/week (splitting dose Sun/Wed) test-cyp brings me up to 1670 total T resulting in 65 free T (last blood test was 12/18/2017). Which I think is very exceptional for this dose!
-Estrogen is at 20.7 pg/mL --> questions around this posted below...
-1mg Adex 3xweek. (My endo RX'd 1 mg Adex everyday, but I know this would crash E levels!)
-All Labs will be attached (Medabolic Panel, T levels, E levels)

Questions

I have progressively felt worse and worse over the last 6 mo. Even with TRT and my levels being what they are... Symptoms include: Absolutely zero sex drive! (freshly married and in a good relationship), Very lethargic/tired most days, no energy to do things I used to do (shopping with the wife, family outings, etc.) And training is somewhat stagnant, even after taking a nice deload for a week of Zero training (and still keeping up with cardio). It has just been hard to get motivation to do anything. What do you see from my labs (attached) that may throw up red flags....Is my E levels killing my sex drive and general health (from the symptoms I have)? Why is such a high T level with a high free T resulting in these symptoms? Am I not binding enough Free T?Do you see anything in my metabolic panel that is an issue?

Appreciate the input here. I will provide as much more info as needed (diet, OC supps, Training, etc) Just ask!

Thanks,
LK

My initial thought is why not back off a little on your weekly testosterone dosage to bring it down to around ~1000 ng/dL, which would be the top of your physiological range. You could then see what your estrogen does and try and hold it around 20 pg/mL. It would likely require reducing Adex a bit.

What % body fat are you? I have noticed that greatly effects how much (or whether) I need to use Adex. At your age the hope would be to eventually restart your own production...

Did you not like the answers you received on Scott McNally’s podcast?

Based off my own measurements (caliper measurements over the last 7 mo.) 10-12% BF

Nah, That was great input! Ive been doing research and would just like some other input. Or if anyone is this forum has had experience with this type of issue. Im getting SBBG numbers here soon. Hopefully this will give me some more info to run off of, based on what the bloods come back with...

I feel better in the high normal range and get more sluggish when I go over that. Looks like you have a couple issues that show high values.

i tired to pm you to ask if you wanted help still as i didnt watn to break any rules and have someone think im trying to advertise my services.

Do you want TRT help? I have been in the business for 10-15 years and have hundreds of HRs in continuing medical training under and industry expert- not this A4m crap they put out. i didnt read your entire thing but i can already tell one reason that you feel like crap is from the arimidex you take way too much. unless you have gyno you dont need it. the avg puberty teenager ranges from 75-105 levels and we are not shutting down their E2 so if you are doing this from a health perspective its unhealthy. Also, E2 is good for you and i can prove that wtih studies. proective for the heart and helps you keep a healthy sex drive. if you crush it you will feel achey, lethargic etc. It hinders your good cholesterol levels (HDL). i can review all of this if you want help.

At 24 years of age no male should need TRT. If you've been training since a teenager you probably used and abused AAS without proper knowledge or probably got the knowledge from another gym rat. :banghead: I suggest you visit an Endo a true specialist for treatment. You're too damn young to be on TRT brother, at that age my hormones were raging and I was poking just about every girl I could date, lol~ :naughty::headbang:

Hormone deficiency occur at all ages. Car accidents, bad genetics, lifestyle choices etc... Age is no longer the determining factor. treating teenagers for ex who dont need it is a huge NO NO however whether 24 or 44 if you have a hormone deficiency whether thyroid, test, or any other hormones our bodies produce it should be dealt with in a safe matter. Furthermore, he has the symptoms of hormone deficiency. You treat the symptoms not the number. I mean no disrespect by this reply.

Since your Dr is prescribing you plenty test. Why not drop your test 100 mg or so reduce adex to .5 once a week. Keep refilling your test as if you were taking a 250 mg dose and stock up on pharm grade test. At the end of the year you should have enough test saved up for a nice 12 week blast.

Yeah ur E2 is to low for your test level being so high
It's all about the ratio of T to E....
I also agree that the test dose is to high as well

Agreed, Ive recently learned alot about this through some support from a member here. I am starting by dropping my AI. I will the access where im at and how I feel. From here, possible increase the TRT dose. I also am going to get thyroid levels checked to see where I am at there as well.

Get your SHBG, prolactin, progesterone, and DHT rest.

Check thyroid levels as well.

Do you have sleep apnea?

Will do! Thanks.

I dont believe so. I sleep great (7-9 hrs./night) Although my wife says I have bouts where I snore out of nowhere life crazy. Ive never had any issues waking up gasping for air (but I know this isnt always a sure tail sign either). She keeps telling me i need to get tested because both her parents have it and she kind of knows what it is... Thoughts??
