True Nutrition fish oil vs super omega 3-6-9

I just stumbled upon the super omega 3-6-9 from true nutrition. I have been using their fish oil for 6 or 8 years now but am curious about the fish oil compared to the super omega 3-6-9. The 3-6-9 says its better than fish oil.

I pretty much take 4000 mg of the TN fish oil a day to help with my lipids and everything else fish oil helps with.

Anyone here have any experience with these?

A 3-6-9 oil blend would be good if you have no other fats in your diet. If you eat a regular non-zero fat diet you're already getting quite a bit of omega 6 & 9. That's why the most common fish oil supplement is just omega-3's becuase that's what we need to add to the diet.

Stay the hell away from blends with Omega 6. It's nothing but a marketing scam. Go with whatever omega 3 brand has the highest epa/dha ratio
