True Protein Q//Cutting

Not to spam about trueprotein, but I am going to be cutting soon and I am ordering a load of protein since I am in an isolated post. I was thinking of the Team Skip formula, but I'd love to hear some opinion on the best trueprotein option for cutting. Thanks for your time

Well, protein has 4 cals per gram, that is for each type.

I really don't think the type of protein is going to make a difference unless you are lactose intolerant and it makes you bloat.

Whey can be faster absorbing than casein, but that's out the window when mixed with fats and or carbs depending on what it's mixed with.

It's really not complicated. Get whey protein isolate, cold filtration. That way you can make it fast or slow depending on what else you put in it and the price is right.

To be honest, in all my years I've tried about every kind. The only difference I noted was taste and texture.

I have used TP Whey Iso CFM my whole prep this year, and it was great...I did alternate in some other types every now and then to avoid developing any allergies, but just as a precaution. The CFM never once bloated me at all, or gave my any kind of discomfort of any sorts...

I have worked with others who used teamskip - no issues there either...

Anything that you eat over and over day after day can. Your body makes tons of specific digestive enzymes, and gets tired of making the same ones over and over when you eat the same thing over and over, and then voila..you eat something and all of a sudden you are bloated and gassy and it's not absorbing right.

I like True Protien you can taylor it to your own needs flavors, sugars carbs etc. The price cant be beat either for what you get. However you wanna it made or what you want in it. They even shipped to me in Korea last time. About to order some more to Israel soon as I get some $ saved up. TTYL MM
