Who uses them? Which is the best? I want to give them a shot but don't know which one to try first
powdered muscle. For pre intra and post. Usually one to two and a half scoops for the workout. Depending on the intensity and duration.
buzzsaw is very good. i've been using it for a few years now and really like the effects (doesn't taste the best though, but crystal light can take care of that).
A buddy of mine tried the buzz saw and loved it... Except for the taste
What about Augment and Geraniamo?
