100% Whey Isolate CFM

My favorite daily protein is Team Skip.

While training I drink WPI Cold Filtration with Karboload. I also drink WPI Cold Filtration at other times during the day but I like the thicker consistency of Team Skip.

At night I drink a blend of 50% Calcium Caseinate, 35% Micellar Casein and 15% WPI Cold Filtration.

Team skip definitely. Vanilla. Strawberry coconut. And reeses pb cup are great flavors.

Mine is just whey protein isolate.....my favorite flavor is strawberry-coconut.

I like the 50% whey isolate, 40% dextrose and 10% fats blend. Strawberry also.
