I know they get some flack every now and then on delivery times, but most buyers are happy regardless.

Man, I ordered 400 grams of NAC and 2 bottles of r-ALA on Thursday at maybe 2pm, give or take an hour, and I didn't even think they had delivered it yet, so I was expecting it probably early next week considering the weekend coming up.

Well, it's 10:30pm, and I went to take the trash out and look to see why the dogs were barking (I guess the neighbor found a big pile of human turds near the side of his house with toilet paper and everything waddled-up with it this morning....so we have a turdler in the neighborhood i'm keeping an eye on....well and my pits too....anyway), and I almost tripped over a UPS box near my front door. Low and behold, it was my TN order!!!

It seems like there shipping is getting better. I used to have to wait 10 days before it got to me. Now it is like around a week. So things seem to be improving

they're operating 24/7 now so shipping times have improved. they have been growing so fast that keeping up with demand was getting difficult so they had to add a night crew. I have used these guys exclusively(wxcwpt for occasionally when i dont pay attention and run out of something) for 10 years and couldnt imagine ordering from anywhere else. you cant beat the price and there's nothing like buying directly from the supplier.

their shipping is process has definitely improved. placed an order at 830 or so friday morning and got a tracking number email from them at 10am.

the one that that often gets overlooked is that if an order gets messed up for whatever reason, truenutrition's customer service will be helpful, responsive, and work to find a productive solution.

I remember in the past having to wait over 10 days for shipments.
My last 3 orders have arrived in under a week from order to consumption.
