I just want to add i cant wait to try this hahaha you guys are so funny describing your dreams sounds like a trip...I have been known to punch my girl in the face when i have been sleeping while dreaming. She may need to wear a mouth piece when my order comes ha.

5-HTP has been a miracle supp for me when it comes to anxiety and sleep.
The only problem is that I keep reading it can lead to heart valve damage.

just google "5-HTP heart valve" and you will see tons of stuff about it.

I haven't used it for a while because of what I've read.

my sleep stack,

5htp 100mg
gaba 2g
mucuna pruriens 800mg
l-dopa 120mg

It helps on nights when i have extreme anxiety so i take that instead of a xanax. Crazy dreams and morning i feel great. you tolerance to 5htp i find increases if you use it every night, for me atleast.
