No, you do not need to mix it as TrueNutrition does that for you. You will get your protein mixture complete with flavoring ready to go and ready to use. 100% Hydro Whey is going to be REALLY bitter, but it is a bad ass fast protein for sure. The mix I do is 50% beef isolate, 25% Hydro Whey and 25% Hydro Casein and the bitterness is still there. Not too bad but it is not going to taste like candy for sure.

In addition to the Team skip formula, I have regular whey isolate, egg white protein, and casein from truenutrition, but when I mix them in 30% amounts like the Team Skip blend, it won't mix up the same way.

What other ingredient am I missing here

I have given up on protein powders as they always fck my stomach up and make me bloated and just feel like overall shit. But damn its hard to meet my protein requirements without it. How does this do in the making people bloat department? Gasapari myofusion was the best I had ever had to they fcked it up by changing the formula!! I would like to be able to get in 150g protein through powder if could if it doesn't bloat me or taste like straight shit

Try ISOPURE in the glass bottles. That gives ZERO bloat and is very easy on the digestive system.
