Truth aboout nolvadex and fat loss?

Will using 10-20 mg nolvadex for gyno reasons mess with fat loss! I dont want to use letrozole for too long because it kills the lipids.

I have also heard taht nolvadex assists in fat loss. is there any truth to this?

Sometimes use light nolva + masteron (or proviron) alongside test, etc.

Did not seem to interfere with fat loss. I think responses to SERMs like nolva and clomid are pretty Individual.

Have you sorted your diet out yet cos thats the main thing that will give you fatloss... I ask in reference to your other thread.

Nolva won't mess with your fatloss. It's actually great for cholesterol too. But I don't think any would be needed with your planned cycle. Your best seeing how you are before you start taking AI's or SERMS imo.

That's why you shouldn't want to take nolva. IGF is a highly anabolic (NOT a lipogenic) hormone. If you lower levels of IGF, you will reduce the amount of muscle you can put on.
