more jealous than haters....hell i'd be happy if i could even decline 400. if i remember correctly that is him in the avatar. check out the members photo area for his off season pic...still looks remarkable.

My older brother Sergio was a big bencher, at 17 he did 285 at 123 in competition, raw.

My oldest brother is a Bp'er also. I used to focus on it until I tore my right pec.

But it's an awesome feeling, especially going up 5lbs every workout, (after a very good warm-up)

Focus and meditation is key.

That is a mighty lift mate, something i couldnt even dream of doing, but think it thru, you got a awesome physique as is, dont put yourself at risk of getting a tear,
