Hey guys looking for any tips and if I'm going in the right direction,
I am currently trying to lose weight I gained in college while I focused too much on school and fun and not enough on overall wellness. I am 24 and about 250 lb. with about 30%+ bf. I have been doing the Texas Method for the past few months and I have gotten my maxes up to: 370x4 squat, incline dumbbell bench 110x5 (shitty I know) and deadlifting 415x1. On the diet and cardio side I have been unfocused often binging after eating clean all day and skipping cardio all too much. To improve in the future my plan is to continue the Texas Method on MWF at lunch, to do cardio M-F for 30 min. in the morning, with the diet as follows:
Cardio (if applicable)
8 AM : 50g protein, 30g fat
11 AM: 50g protein, 75g carbs
Training (if applicable)
1 PM: 50g protein, 50g carbs
3PM: 50g protein, 30g fat
6PM: 50g protein, 30g fat
Totals: Protein - 250g, Carbs - 125g, Fat - 90g, Calories ~2500
Any tips? I was thinking of making the meals smaller and adding one more after 6 to stop binging
