Tudca makes you shit huh?

Started taking 350mg twice daily. Directions say 1-2 caps daily. Should I drop it to one or will my body adjust? Thanks.

Seems like a lot of tudca to me, i use significantly less even when running high orals even accutane. Do you normally have bad values on your bloodwork or are just being preventative?

Well it's completely subjective but I'll tell you for me personally I once ran Anavar daily, sdrol pre workout and low dose accutane EOD while using 250mg tudca eod with the accutane and my values came back in line with normal.

Doesn't mean anything for you obviously it's just for reference, only bloodwork will tell. Then again if you don't mind the shitting then what does matter? I'm not very informed as to if too much tudca is unhealthy so maybe do your research on that to see if matters.

Sometimes its just the filler in the caps that has that effect and not the main ingredient. Magnesium stearate is a common filler used as an anti-caking agent for processing the caps so it doesn't cake up in the machines. I had that issue with capped MSM, but can take the powder form no problem since it doesn't have the filler.

I heard that Tudca can help release bile from the liver via dialting liver ducts..IF that's true then going off of that then maybe it's the bile release that's causing you to go to the bathroom from taking it.
Like when people have their gallblader out sometimes the bile release from the liver hitting the digestive tract will stimulate having to go to the bathroom.

I take 500 mgs. of Double Wood's TUDCA on an empty stomach everyday while running dirty diana and never suffered the shitstorm you speak of. Gotta be the magnesium fillers in lesser brands

I use 250mg of CEL Tudca twice a day for a good portion of the year and never get diarrhea from it.

Looking at different sites I've seen some theories flash by about how it shouldn't be taken with steroids as it might potentiate liver damage.
Anyone know about this theory? I bet it's bunk but still interested why some say this.
