In the past 500mg was good for me as well. In one study 1500 mg was the most effective at lowering enzyme levels while 500 mg was the most cost-effective. Meaning there wasn't a huge difference between the doses (500mg, 1000mg and 1500mg). 500mg is also well tolerated but when you go higher it can cause people various issues. Now I just use synthergine as I feel it is a better overall product.

Preventative dose is 250-500mg and treatment/repair is started at 1000mg.

1750mg dose has been shown to enhance insulin sensitive and glucose uptake in the muscle only. But I would not recommend this as this is going to be very expensive.

True but I disagree with treatment/repair must be started at 1000mg. Yes maybe for guys with serious liver conditions. But the for the average guy who ran some dbol for 6 weeks and has elevated liver enzymes I think 500mg can be an effective dose. I have used that dose a few times and been happy and have known guys who have had blood work done on those doses with improvements.

Some may need more and yes in some studies some crazy doses have been used. Who wants to spend the money running 7 caps per day of most brands so a tub will last just over 4 days. That't silly money again for the usual guy on here who may have elevated enzymes but is not exactly on the liver transplant list.

What I said was just the recommendation on dosing, not my personal recommendation.

I believe 250mg is good for preventative and 500mg for treatment depending on severity.
