TUDCA: who takes it and at what dosage?

In 2017 I used Olympic labs tudca and it lowered AST and alt significantly. Not saying the brand is good, whatever batch I had was probably good because I also used milk thistle low dose as well

lowered both like 30-40 points and was well within ranges. Doctor was happy



If I don't use tudca and or milk thistle AST and alt always have read high. Back when I was natural, they read high back then, due to intensity in resistance exercise
