i eat tuna 3-4 times a week,usually throw in 1tbls of miracle whip lite and just a touch of mustard.

The mayo is the only thing that deters me with my macros... but Ive just been throwin some sweet relish in there and it works pretty good

A spoon of mayo is about 150kcal. In a can of 200grams of tuna you throw in about 3-4 spoons easily...

I use diet mayo that's about 22 kcal per spoon. Doesn't taste as good, but it beats eating tuna without sauce for days, weeks, years.
