ok So since the interest in my 1st recipe post I decided to go ahead and post a 2nd recipe also VERY SIMPLE, Simplicity I know will help with the guys on here that are not really aware on how to cook a meal so Hopefully i can break it down for yah enough to where your cookin on your own!
first off I wanna take a little second to explain the reason why I go with all natural ingredients and organic as much as I can, The reason for this is because YOUR HEALTH IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!! I get all my meats locally from a buddy butcher friend of mine down the road (cattle is raised and slaughtered right here in my state) FRESH!!!!, I will cancel my cable bill If i have to in order to keep my healthy eating habits up. I know it can be pricey but trust me! ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY, DOnt cheap out on yourself!!!!!
ok now back to the recipe
what you will need,
-3 eggs (i use all egg whites because Im crazy like that and I usually will eat this late at night)
-1 tbsp Briggs organic mixed spices (or your own favorite spices)
-GRAPESEED OIL (YOU can find this at a health food store) if not you can go with EVOO both taste great, I use a organic Lime flavored EVOO
-1lb organic turkey breast tenderloin's (quality will show through taste!)
ok first grab a big sauce pan I use my 12 inch non stick pan makes things much easier!!
take your turkey and cut into strips I can usually make 4-6 good sized striped out of a lb of turkey breast tenderloins.
pour in enough EVOO to where you got a nice puddle going in the pan almost reaching the sides of the pan,
while that heats up crack your eggs in a wide oval dish and add your spices to the eggs, I also like to add ground cayenne not only because I love spicy food but also because I love the health properties cayenne has.
next roll your turkey strips in your egg/spice mixture.
by now the oil should be nice and hot!!
taking 1 strip at a time quickly place the strip in the hot oil so you dont get egg all over the place.
once you got all strips in the pan turn once golden brown on the bottom, if you must cut into the strip after it has been flipped if you are unsure if it is done cooking.....
REMOVE STRIPS AND PAT DOWN TO TAKE EXCESS OIL OFF IF YOUR A "NUTCASE" LIKE MYSELF and add salt to your liking.....
ENJOY!!!!
