Turned 50 today, quick pic...

First, apologize if pic is inappropriate, mods can delete if necessary. Was trying to set up camera, rush into place as it was on a timer, just to check distance, lighting etc. Who would have thought it was going to be the best pic? Any way, turned 50 today. Took this just before getting ready for 1 hr of fasted cardio. Weight still around 240, but do think I am getting progressively leaner. Just trying to constantly improve, know I don`t compare to most here, but love to train. Thanks to Alex Azarian for all his guidance, have made more improvements this year than any other, even as getting older. Welcome any and all comments and criticism. Thanks to everyone for the nice comments. Still not even close to where I want to be, but am making steady progress. Trying to add some lean mass and keeping bodyfat minimal.

Alex, this has been the best year of my life from a training standpoint. I owe you a lot. You`re right, I feel great, strong, cardio better than ever, and my mental outlook has improved. Definitely don`t "feel" 50. Have enjoyed the ride so far, but, IT AIN`T OVER YET! Just getting started. Thanks for everything my friend!
