turning video sideways

okay, I made a complete and stupid mistake. I took my daughter ice skating and I used my enV phone to record it, well I am not as bright as I thought I was because when I moved the files from the memory card to the pc, the video is sideways. Is there any way to turn the video? I know it can be done with pics, but how can I turn the video 90 degrees so no one hurts their neck while watching her ice skate?

I'm a dumb ass at times lol.

If you are using Windows XP, Windows Movie Maker would probably be able to do it, although I haven't had much experience with it.

Flip the TV over 90 degreees, LOL.
A coworker did the same and I tried some freeware to fix this and it worked, only to have the audio completely off.
i still could not fix it.
