Tweaked my goddamn pec!!

So i tweaked my pec today, benchin offcourse, felt a strong contraction in my right pec while benching almost like a cramp, stoped immediately! pain came in seconds of me stopping there is no bruising and the pec looks normal the pain is located at the top out towards my armpit, i have iced it and put on some kwanloong oil, thinkin of using some PBC-157 and TB-500 what are ppls experince with this dosing, timing etc ?
 
I usually use 250mcg of each a few times a day/ as many times I can remember to inject it when dealing with an injury.

Rest is most important now.

I love to bench and now accept the fact I will get a tweak here and there.

done it many times, once you hurt it once, it always hurts again when you least expect it on the bench, dumbbell. incline tweaks it too. id just rest and let it heal, 3 weeks it will be good to go, im always able to do everything but chest. baby it
 
500-750 mcg per day of BPC is miraculous

It will reduce pain and inflammation at a stupid rate

But: Do not go back and start pressing heavy again thinking you're healed, lay off for a few weeks and slowly ease back in. Reason guys keep running this for a long period of time is they don't eliminate the source of the problem

Spot On!!! After the 1st time I did it happens like once a year when I least expect it(like warming up with one plate)...I've noticed that I seem to be dehydrated every time I do it though...staying well hydrated causes it to happen less often

I've only hurt my pec with a straight bar. I now train chest primarily with iso lateral movements like dumbbells.


It is nice for me mentally to know if something goes awry I can always drop the dumbbell too. Even with a spotter on barbell bench, I feel more comfortable pushing myself with dumbbell press

I was thinkin of doing like maybe 20 rep sets with just the bar to push in some blood is that a good idea ?

if it were me i would not, for now use heat and ice, but hey thats me.
