Twice Weekly HCG Timing with TRT

Hi Everyone,

I take two test Cypionate injections per week. 60mg each shot. Monday morning and Thursday morning. When in relation to these should I take HCG. I’ll be taking 500iu twice a week. My gut says it should be in the middle of these test shots as to not spike E2 too high. I’ve heard many take it the same day as their test shot though. I was planning on doing them (HCG) on Tuesday and Saturday. I don’t use an aromatase inhibitor so as much as I can keep E2 down naturally the better. Thank you in advance.

I would probably do Tuesday and Sunday. But i doubt it makes much of a difference.

Thanks man. i did once week injections with T and did 2x/week for HCG different days and never noticed a difference. Daily T injections these days and throw in HCG 2x week when i get around to it.

do you think 500iu twice a week is too much on 120mg of test pee week? I don’t want to raise E2 too much. I’m on Finasteride too so no help from DHT Im keeping E2 down

I don't see where the dosage of T makes a difference on how much HCG to use in this situation. The studies i have seen show that 250 will put people close to baseline where as 500 will put them over so i opt for 250. I would do 250 3x rather then 500 2X. As for conversion to E2 that is more up to the individual as i see it. I do not notice a difference with either dose as far as conversion myself and have not had an issue with it. I do 250 myself 2X a week.
