Tom Playz claims to have used very minimal amounts of winstrol, and decades. Claims it also gave him longevity. Thats very little gear use for how big he maintained. Just found it an interesting read

That's exactly my thoughts. The only monsters in real life I've met, definitely use more lol

And running just those two, wouldn't you want to include test? I keep it simple, and always do. But maybe somebody more seasoned can chime in

Still don't know why it's so hard for people to believe. It was a different world back then. Most didn't use test and preferred Deca and Primo. No AI's at all and SERMs were scarce. Of course you can take so many grams now -- we have ancillaries!

Makes sense. I guess that's a reason so many old schoolers have health issues, as ancillary weren't a thing
