Two professional wrestlers in the Gym today.

It was dead ass hell in there to.
It was pretty much me and My buddy BigJim the workers and them.

One of them was the "Bigshow" or Giant whatever his name is..
the other was Holly. I guess there at the shrine tonight for sunday night heat. Im kinda out date on the wrestling,lol I think its heat.

You shoulda seen the Giant try and crawl under the bench,lol
Look like a big Monkey Fukn` a football. After he finally weasled under it
he popped out a quik 315 for 20+ like it was nothing. * I think thats 1/2 his Bw*

Both are deffinatley Large dudes Ill give em that, The brad holly dude was
all swole up.

I thought the same thing But seriously this guy was pretty Jacked up.
I havnt seen it in some time But I think thats his name... Bleach blonde guy
kinda crazy lookin. Arms were huge and lean, mainly what stood out on him.

Bigshow guy just looked like a regular Linemen type, But Overgrown
Like a Mutha`lol didnt realy look muscular but just Large!
My buddy Jim is 6`5 270# and he looked Little next to him.
I bet hes 7` 400-500#

Yep, Big Show is 7'2 and usually around 490. He's a monster.

I think the other guy you're talking about is Hardcore Holly. Yeah, he's in damn good shape. Not all that heavy, but very well built.

Ok details for MikeS

Holly dude was trainin chest.
Flat bench, started with 135 slow warm-up reps then 225.
at this time he had just caught my attention and I was like damn this guys
for real,lol Yea he was eye ballin me to, lol j/k

Anyhow then the Giant walks in and I was now like holy shit, where these bigass dudes comin from,hahaha

Then it hit that he was the wrestler, I remember him from the old wcw, about the time I lost intrest.

Ok anyhow back to the training... giant does the 215 bunch of time
then 315 for 20+ and that was it,lol thats all he did.
I hear him tell Holly (they were 2 ft away ok,lol not that I was listening in)
Hey man Im going to get my Grub on. (in his Groggly hgh overgrown voice)
Call me on my cell I seen this slummy little strip joint up the road.
He ducked his way under the doors and split.

Holly dude went from Flat bench to Incline Db`s.
did em kinda weird.. he just took em up but didnt bring em togather
at the top- just straight up with them and didnt seem to go fully up or
to far down. pretty fast pace, high reps.

Thats about it for my story,lol
after that I took off. Guys made me realize I have a lot of growing
to do. Id say atleast 240, no way he was less

Wrestlers are/ can be jacked up to the max. I have seen triple H in person working out in florida before and let me tell you. He may not look like a bodybuilder on TV but in person you would think differently from the waist up. Waist down the guy is a twig but I guess maybe he has to be like from wrestling. Another guy I have seen that I was REALLY impressed with was Johnny the bull and mark jindrak. These two guys were yoked and did some serious weight. I was rather impressed, but then again I am sure they are on as much stuff as most of us here. I doubt there is steroid testing in the WWE since vince probably uses a bottle or two of test himself.

i've seen hhh and china a few years ago 3-4 id say, they lived here in NH..all i have to say is WOW im not a wrestling fan or the type who gets excited to see cleb. people...but it was really cool seeing them in person...have to say HHH is one big guy just the height alone is crazy... ha thats funny when i think back about it....jimmy58

Ive met tons of these guys. Luger was one of the most muscular. Most are very cool guys. HHH never met, but he is a real BBing fan. Hell, he looks like a BBer (off season) to me, on TV.

Johnny the Bull was on a Tv special years ago. I can't remember if it was Mtv or what. This dude was a drunk retard before he went to wrestling school. He was late for his ride to the school as his mom had to wake him up. It was great. Didn't he break his hip or something jumping off the top rope out of the ring a few years ago?

As far as muscularity, these days, Batista is the man. 6'6, 318 pounds, fuckin' shredded. He's got veins as big as most men's arms. The dude's a beast.

I met Test and Stacy awhile ago when they came to Baltimore, Test seemed like an ass to me, but hey at least Stacy was looking fine and she took pics with me, my girl and my brother, she was cool as hell.
