say i constucted diets with the primary protien source say one being fish and the other chikn, they can have the same grams of fat, protien, and carbs, and we know 4 cals for pro and carbs, 9 for fats, and the diets end up having differnt calorie amounts ,either my program is messed up or its getting down to the micro amounts of the calorie amount in every single gram of certain given food, am i wright here? or losing it, becasue u know every type of protien source isnt the exact same amount of calorie in a gram, but if so i just relized my program does that and thats nifty
