Tyson chicken?

I've been eating this chicken that Tyson makes pretty much everyday. I know I should cook my own and whatnot, but I'm lazy and its easy to make in the morning and take to class. All that aside, my question is this: in one peice, theres 18g protein and I think 1-1.5g sat fat..but like 50 mg of cholesterol. 20% DV, whatever that amounts to. I'm only 18, but should I not eat these so often?

Dietary intake of cholesterol has very little to do with your actual blood lipid levels. Unless you are aware of a family history of problems in that area I wouldn't worry about it. I haven't eaten it in a while, but I sure remember when Tyson had one of the better boneless, skinless chicken breasts around.
 
I like Tyson chicken, eat it alot on the weekends.........
