I've been eating this chicken that Tyson makes pretty much everyday. I know I should cook my own and whatnot, but I'm lazy and its easy to make in the morning and take to class. All that aside, my question is this: in one peice, theres 18g protein and I think 1-1.5g sat fat..but like 50 mg of cholesterol. 20% DV, whatever that amounts to. I'm only 18, but should I not eat these so often?
