I don't accept anything from the industry as proven until there is solid data which meets clinical research requirements. If the research were there you or someone else would have posted the references to refute my claims.

Your recent posts in the antioxidant thread are proof enough that you simply blindly follow recommendations of industry shills. There has been research going back twenty+ years showing antioxidant supplementation does nothing for recovery, immune function, no consistent benefit for cardiovascular health, cancer risk, etc. and may even hinder exercise adaptations - including hypertrophy. Your failure to do the hard work and delve into the primary research has you spending money to take things which are probably doing nothing for your health and may actually be slowing your progress in the gym.

So bought jarrow Ubiquinol. Forgot what the last brand was,but this one also makes me agitated, so looked through the ingredients and found phosphatidylcholine. Any one know why choline would make me agitated or tense and unfocused, in small doses? Citi choline and other choline does the same thing.
