UDCAdosage during heavy cycle

Hey guys, what are the ideal doses for UDCA on heavy oral cycle(mostly pre contest cycle with 2 orals in stack at the same time)? and guys do you use UDCA if you are not using any orals?

Right now thinking about stack for prep with 1gram NAC,liv52 and 400mg, UDCA, enough or too low?

From the pharmacy too but mine were 300mg tabs. I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night. Dosage was suggested by a friend of mine who is a doctor. Below is my experience I posted in a recent thread about UDCA.

Cannot comment on that bcoz I have never used TUDCA bro. I have only used UDCA. And, I can say that I had higher than normal ranges of ALT/AST before even starting an AAS cycle. I came to know that when I did bloodwork prior to starting a cycle to get a base level test report to compare in future. I started UDCA and tbh my liver enzymes came much lower in the next blood work. A 30 point difference to be exact.
