Pettis was just incredible.

I was GUTTED hendricks lost, tbh i was right down disappointed with those last 2 rounds from him, i mean he did well to control the pace of the fight in round 2 and 3 and you could see he was winning exchanges with lawler, but those last 2 rounds, i am not sure if he was out of energy or what the tactic was , i am a big hendricks fan BUT i am happy lawler one it clearly meant so much to him and you could see at the end he would of fought 10 rounds if that is what it took. He is a worthy champion.

Okay, it's time to see Pettis vs Khabib Nurmagomedov. I can't wait for this fight to take place.

Also, I wouldn't count Melendez out. I think he and Pettis will tangle again down the road whether it's for a title or not. I'm looking forward to a rematch between these two!
