I didn't want Diaz to win , but had him winning by submission. Thought it be a triangle choke though. Conor needs stay at a lighter weight and work on his ground game a litle more unless he was that rocked he just gave his back and gave up.

Frankie Edgar deserves a title shot.

I'd like to see Edgar get a shot too. I don't know how McGregor can get down to 145lbs if he can fight at 170lbs. I don't think hes ready for the heavier guys like Bio says the guy has no ground game. It must be easier for him to beat up the lighter fighters seeing how he walks around so much heavier...

Some of these guys cut a lot of weight! Brian Stann was saying that a lot of the guys that normally fight at 170lbs are 200lbs + between fights. I remember Joe Rogan commenting that Gray Maynard went from 220lbs to 155lbs for his first fight with Frankie Edgar...that's fuckin' nuts! I'm sure there will be a lot less of that considering most state athletic commissions have outlawed IV hydration.

 

[Bio-hazard]

Rumble Johnson was a good example of cutting weight. For most of his career he walked around at 230-240 he's said and cut to 170. Then after UFC cut him for 3 missed weigh ins, he went to 185 and started winning. Then to 205 and won more. Then fought at heavy and won. By now he's finally settled in at 205 and he's doing great.

I'm really disappointed in Holly. She had the fight won then caught with 1 min 40sec left. But I didn't think she would have much ground game to begin with anyways.
