I think I remember you from the Gade as well, I had a different name then but pretty sure I remember seeing you there. I love this board and www. ugbodybuilding.com but REALLY miss the good old days and the Gade.

Wow does this bring back some old memories for me. I have not heard talk about UG in along time. I still check out bolex every now and then, altho I think its a good board I just dont feel its as good as it was back in those days (99-03 ish)
