Thought I could share my gems on dealing with acne and acne scars and maybe get some new ideas.
I found that MSM cream and tablets help with both acne and scars. Sulfur cream and soap also helps.
A acid facial peel lightens scars, I found Glycolic and Salicylic work best for me. I'd start with a low percentage peel and work up, I made the mistake of starting too high which helped in the end but I looked terrible for a while.
Vitamins A, C, E, and pantothenic acid seem to help. I hear ALA works well but haven't tried it.
I'm thinking of using low dose Accutane near the end of my next cycle and running it for 6-12 months. Anyone have good results running a low dose for a long period of time?
