im looking for info on the best cutting cycle i want to do my first competition and come in ripped to the bone imcurrently around 20% odyfat and am competing in april 2010 . the cardio and diet i have in place all i need is the ultimate cycle for cutting, i heard theres and insulin cycle for cutting anybody have advice on this?
i really want to win the first timers class im 6ft 106 kg and started my lean gain cycle test E 900MG A WEEK, PRIMO 700MG PER WEEK, TEST PROP 700MG PER WEEK, DECA 750 MG PER WEEK. THIS WILL RUN TILL CHRISTMAS

Can you write out how long you will be on?

Does that mean test e and primo in the beginning , then test prop and deca at the end?

or

1600mg total test each week?

First thing this isn't going to be what you want to hear but I swear I am not being a dick, I am just being truthful. With the exception of the contest being in April 2010 there is nothing else correct about your post including the title.
1. There is no Santa Clause, tooth ferry, or "ultimate cutting stack"
2. At 20% bodyfat Saturn and it's moons are closer to you then as you say "ripped to the bone"
3. Cardio and diet are only temporarily in place, nothing is set in stone you must adjust as you go.
4. Everybody wants to win whatever show whatever class, your desire to win entitles you to nothing.

Rethink your goals and your methods. Come up with a better plan and method and then we will help you more.

This was lesson 1.
 
ha ha good one, no i know iv alot of work to do but i will work hard i know everyone think if they they take this and that drug they will get big but its the training and nutruition + cardio. over the last 2 months i was 120kg bulk and lost 7 inches from the waist and kept most of the size my arms and shoulders have grown and my abs are startin to show im at 106 kg now. i hope to add at least 5-7 kg lean gain and then start a full 16 week diet my cardio is at twice a week at d moment. and my food it perfect now i bring my meals everywhere i go.

winstrol 50mg week 7-12

im in week 3 now
 
How many cycles have you ran and how long have you been training? Can you post up your comp. diet?

I'm going to be honest with you, being that I just did a show a few weeks ago and maybe I can give some input as well. You should understand that there is no hurry, you may think that their is, but there really is not. In 2, 3, 5, even 10 years, all of these shows will still be here.

You're a young man, those doses and amount of drugs that you mentioned are for someone who is very advanced and can no longer grow on lower doses.

OK, let's say that you take X amount of drugs, (similar to a pro's cycle) you win the show, Wow! What now? What will you do for your next show? Take more?

IMO, if you want to get far in this sport, go as far as you possibly can on as little as possible, then you will only need to add a little, you can go on a lot longer and eventually further.

Imagine, taking all the gear that you mentioned and the guy who places second to you, is on nothing but maybe some PH.

Then his next show he steps on the gas a little, he saw everything you got at those massive doses and will probably catch or pass you right up. In a couple of years he's going to be at the national level looking back at you still at the local level, do you think it's worth it?

Like I said the shows will still be there, but you have to be patient to get far in this sport.

i have done around 10 course's over 5 years training this course is my highest ever and i will never go as high as this again its only a once off cause i had some extra money lying around and someone suggested this cycle to me.
i normally do around 500mg of deca and 600mg test enanthe for 12 weeks, i never done the clean eating ever so i think im doing good on this now, never missing a meal and am really giving it all in the gym my result are coming along.
i will do this first timers comp and if i do good or catch the bug i might do the next the following year theirs only around 2 on in april and another 2 in oct here in ireland.
i live in a small town and real bodybuilders are hard to come by
 
did you say you can see your abs at 20%?? if so dude your a lot lower then 20 percent if you can just barly see them i would put you at 15 im in the same boat as you right now, trying to get lean. im 13 percent after deiting down from 26% 8 weeks ago.

i haven't a bodyfat calipers in our gym its some little hand held device that you type in your height and weight and hold it out with straight arms and it sends some sort of pulse and then gives you a reading.
i may buy a calipers of ebay tomorrow to get a proper reading.

Post a reply then scroll down click manage attachments and find the picture file that you want to upload. Now the picture file may be too large if so, then go to this thread:

Scroll down and it has a handy picture resizer, it's takes under a minute to download, but it's a great tool you can use it for a lot of things. Once you have that downloaded, you simply right click the picture and pick resize photo, to small. Then it should upload just fine.
 
I think those doses are retarded high. I have won shows on 600mg test and 300 mg tren a week.
 
Honestly you seem like you need to do a lot of reading. Your only doing this because you had extra money laying around??? You are young and it seems your doing things with little thought or reason. The best thing you can do is read, read, and read. Diet,nutrition,training, and perhaps drugs.
