im sitting here thinking, and yes being a post whore...dont judge me i need my fix of promuscle after it being down for a week...lol that with all the knowledge accumulated on bodybuilding are we getting to one complete all encompassing theory of bodybuilding? years ago it started with things like the Weider Principle, volume training, and drug use. and since then the knowledge of how the body works, why it responds to training, and radical thinking have developed programs like DC training, and the way yates trains, with lower volume, more intensity and more frequency. our knowledge of how to manipulate hormones and things like them has helped to create some of the most awe inspiring bodys ever to walk the planet. there are people on this board alone walking around looking like comic book super heros. i believe, and this is just an opinion, that we are verry close to almost a bible of body building and exercise in general. yes genetics play a role, as well as a persons individuality, however people with less than great genetics have used this knowledge to take themselves far beyond what they could have 15 years ago. the encyclopedia of bodybuilding was a great book for its time but i think its time for volume 2. how does everyone else feel about this?
