I bought this protein from true nutrition and I can't drink it with water. Almond milk isn't bad and low cal orange juice but if foams up so bad. Any suggestions what I can do to keep it from foaming or another method like cook with it or something. Tried to mix it with some Greek yogurt the other day and made a huge fu&[email protected] IMG_1333.jpg

You need to shake it up in advance of when you want to drink it and let it sit for 20-30 minutes and the foam will go away

Mix it with another protein or use in your intra with flavored eaa/bcaa and carbs. Pwo too

Next time i would get their debitterized hydro instead.

Are use a magic bullet it foams up a little bit in five minutes it's back down to liquid.

Glycerol maybe? I could see that helping with the foaminess

You could always try throwing some psyllium husk powder in it to see if it helps....

I personally think it's the type of flavoring. I order the same mix of proteins every time, but every time I order a strawberry type flavor it foams up like crazy. Chocolate Coconut Bar or Chocolate Covered Banana do not foam. Not sure why that is.

It's inconvenient but you can scrape off the foam with a plastic spoon or knfe or just let it sit. It's a hassle either way but great protein.

The boost of eaa and maybe even the bcaa they gave you isn't instantized. That's why it's foamy. Make your shakes hours in advance if possible
