so you guys do see the benefits ? how long should i treat my injuries ?
how often can i use it? 3-5 times a week? and for how long session ? 30min?

Three 10 minute sessions per day, for the first 6 days on acute injuries. Two 10 minute sessions twice per week on chronic injuries.
Add in some deep tissue massage and plenty of stretching (after the acute stage) and you will be happy with the results.

Just purchased this one. I have a lower distal bicep tendon strain. After just the first day I can get better ROM and the pain finally subsided. I think this is going to be a great aid with my all my injuries I have developed over the years because its suppose to break down scar tissus and stimulate collagen synthesis.
