My sleep is fucked. It has been for years. I've tried everything.
Every pill. Cannabis (in every possible way you can get it in your body). Meditation. etc etc
I still don't have it dialed in. Probably because my work requires intense concentration and I mess around with different nootropics (regular bulletproof coffee, intermittent fasting, ketogenic/paleo diet, occasionally stuff like modafinil, etc).
So, I'm always looking for a way to optimize this. Some nights it's on. Some nights off. Every now and then it's completely jacked. (3 hours last night. Zero the night before.)
I'm wondering if the peptide route might help out. For example, I've heard MK-677 (a GH secretagogue AKA nutrobalm, AKA ibutamoren) makes one want to sleep and improves sleep quality. Obviously it bumps up the repair process so I'd probably at least get more benefit from the sleep I get.
Are there other peptides that will help? (And any experience/advice on sleep in general is welcome.)
