Damn bro that's a lot of protein lmao! How often do you up your calories? And just wondering, why do you up your protein instead of upping carbs?
Thanks bro

I have always strived to to get up to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight in per day.
(A lot of people will debate on the necessity of that but I see the result)
So, as my weight increases so does protein.
I am very sensitive to carbs and my activity levels outside of the gym are not too high so I feel I am eating enough carbs.
Taking AAS increases protein synthesis so it can be very beneficial for ones muscularity to process more protein.
When I am dieting I don't eat as much protein (more like 1.5g / lb) as my weight lowers and I need the calories to lower overall.
It is important that I drink a lot of water for my kidneys. I also take a probiotic, a fiber supplement (psyllium husk @ 2 tablespoons a day), and I eat plenty of vegetables to keep my digestive system working properly.
To each his own but this is what I found I like.
I know Jay Cutler only ate about 1 to 1.25 g of protein per pound of body weight and was mr O.
Phil Heath eats @ 85 g of protein per meal 6-8 meals a day which is more like 2 g per pound of body weight.
