But I should have explained something a little better.
I was born with flat feet. Completely flat. Absolutely no arch at all! My ankles actually turn inward. Needless to say, I suck at running.
I was thinking, maybe because they are flat, that led to my feet geetting pressed out further when I started doing lots of squats and carrying around more weight.
I think it may have something to do with your arch area. It seems like it may be breaking down even further. You may want to see a doctor.
