well the truth is after seeing people bash him and his ways on here....he didnt like the vibe. he will not argue to prove he theories. he has nothing to prove to anyone. he started his own board/site. there is a video...an interview recently done, which he himself answers all the questions asked here on pm. so for those who did not belive i was friends with him and didnt belive it was him answering them, or didnt believe his ways...the vid puts it all to rest.

yeah you see him astanding next to ronnie, or jay ect and he looks small. he looks like he still trains...he doesnt. a few weeks ago he went to LA. when he got back 2 weeks later i couldnt believe my eyes. he gained about 8lb of solid mass NOT training. he was just eating a lil more carbs. he had to go very low carbs to drop the few lb. acting is keeping him at a certain size. i never believed the whole superior genteics bullshit.....until i got to know kevin. i understand now how big of a role genetics play in bbing.

Is that bad? I guess what I mean is that after his career, which was stopped because he decided to, he dropped to an everyday average weight and now he is skinny? Everytime I see a post like this it makes me cringe. It's like people make being overly muscular the end all be all of walking around on earth. He choses to live his live the way he wants and all of a sudden he is anorexic or looks sick. I'm not trying to bash anyone by saying what I'm saying but honestly you better get ready to see a shrink after all this is over because you can't stay big forever. If you can't deal with being a normal size than I would venture to say thats not the only problem that's gonna create the ultimate mind fuck once this is over.


On a side note..........

That is one of my all time favorite shots of Levrone. His shoulder/tri development was the best of any pro in my opinion. Sick video.
