should i up my dose of test to 600mg a week from the 400mg i'm currently taking? I'm also taking 400mg/wk eq. I just keep reading that peopel do higher doses of test with eq. If uped will i see the water weight? I'm trying to bulk with the least amount of water possible for my wedding oct 25. I don't want to look like a blimp. What are some opinions?
 
post stuff like this in the beginners forum. everyone is different, so know one can say what upping the dose will do for you. it is your decision. i personally wouldnt notice a difference.

The saying "Don't fix it if it aint broke" comes to mind.

Dont read too much into what other people write and go for what you actually feel. someone could write absolutely anything as it will be dependant on what works for them and them only.

are you actually seeing results from what you're doing?
 
well last cycle I used 500 for 8 weeks and uped it to 600 at the end and loved it, but I blew up like a blimp from the water weight. I don't mind the water weight but I'm getting married at the end of october and don't want to have a round face. will the eq help with the bloat any or is it just for that compound that it doesn't aromatize?

Are you getting the results your looking for with the 400mg per wk?
 
well i'm still in my jumpstart with test ace the test e should be kicking in anyday now, I'm not seeing strength gains like I did in my last cycle at this time. maybe it's psychological, but my diet is on. I'm making sure I get lots of protein, adding in a shake after every meal. ~360-400g protein a day, carbs vary by day and try to get about 90g healthy fats with some sat. in there also. correction to my post above, I'm in week 4 right now.
 
4 weeks. wait till end of week 5 to see how you feel. If 400mgs is working for you don't change it but it's entirely up to you. If your worried about bloat do you have or are you taking adex EOD..that would help with bloat and help you get the gains your looking for. If bloat is a worry the AI's are a must for lean gains besides diet.

I always been in favor of High pro, low low carbs and high fats..omega 3, 6 tabs along with almonds, peanut butter, etra virgin olive oil, macadamia nut or grape seed oil. All high in omega 3's and 6's. Good/high fats are essential for loosing weight!!!
