Ok, high probability I'm going to dive in here.. and after some exhaustive research... Threads dating back years and current..I'd like to see opinions now

My boi that's training me was trained by chad Nichols, so pretty sure he knows a thing or too... And he said to take it before bed... And my thinking is,just get the shit in ya...

But I've read complicated 2-3x day...am/pwo. Ect. I like the sound of pwo to reduce cortisol
Also read about for mass... Bigger like 10iu three times a week... Where as you keep sensitivity higher for gh by spacing out injects. Even tho short half life, as I read pubescent boys growing only have big GH spikes 5-7x a month. So agai- that dosing makes sense as well as pwo. To me

Having said that... How much of a difference is it really Gunna make??

I like it AM and PM.

AM then fasted cardio will have the fat melt off me,

PM helps me sleep (I am older).

So 2x dosing per day.
 
I have found two methods that work great for me. For offseason use/mass building, I like to run the entire dose of GH preworkout with insulin. For precontest/fat burning, I like to split the dose AM/PM. All of my GH is administered IM.
 
Ive tried it a few different ways and it worked best in the AM before cardio for fat loss or before training.
 
I have tried every protocol ever mentioned it appears to me it doesnt matter how U doit, where U doit, when U doit just git it in ya!
 
I think Flex has a very effective methodology.


Personally offseason I'd probably do it EOD in a bolus pre workout dose..or pre workout and pre bed.

Pre contest I'd probably opt for pre cardio, pre workout, pre cardio again(If spaced away from workout), and possibly pre bed and I'd certainly do it daily.



Of course, pairing it with insulin is something I would consider since the science and the anecdotal evidence seems to be there as far as synergy and superior results. (particularly when trying to accrue mass)

what gauge and size pin you prefer? been debating doing IM for awhile but so damn tired of pinning everywhere

I use a 29 for IM. Usually just rotate delt heads and quads. Currently dosing 7iu eod. I get VERY tired if I bolus dose and do not space out the injects at 7iu.

I do 5iu before bed on workout days. As I get closer to contest time its 10iu and stopping 30days out.

Ive done them all and got results from them all. Pre bed just seems to work best for me. And if you really want to see those gains pushing 30units of lantus before bed on gh days helps keep blood sugars from creeping up while you sleep. But that is for another insulin thread.

I use a normal 30g 1/2" slin pin for IM GH. Can't even feel it.

When Does Chad recommend Insulin when GH is taken AM and PM and IGF-1 Pre and Post? Or is the IGF-1 used instead of insulin?
