"So, how much to far did we push? Well, I'm still 8lbs lower than what I weighed in at and about 12-15 below where my body has great balance between condition and fullness. Why is that nuts? Water intake has been through the roof, ate 20oz porterhouse, 1 burger, 1 salad, 3 loafs, of bread, potato, sweet potato fries, ahi tuna, carrot cake, 4 tbsp peanut butter, and 3 scoops of protein since leaving the show last night.
Was I trying to drown my sorrows in food? Nope, I could see where we went wrong and know I need to get my weight back up for my shoot on Friday. This morning I am eating my usual oatmeal and protein breakfast before hitting the gym. After training it will be 3 scoops iso and about 50g simple carbs followed about an hour later by a HUGE enjoyable meal with Team iForce at a breakfast joint and then I am back on a strict plan until Friday to ensure I am shredded AND FULL (unlike last night) for my shoot for the 2012 ad campaign for my great sponsor iForce Nutrition."
