by definition an infection has nasty bacteria in it. Almost always staph.
I agree, it seems to be the high BA stuff that causes this problem. Even without a lot of injecting I get the occassional soft nasty lump.
I think a doc would call this a sterile abcess, not an infection.
What is the upshot? Do you guys say drain or wait it out? - CH
