What your supposed to stop eating at sometime during the day It's true seems like eating meal after and if not eating meal thinking about eating a meal
i stay lean year round as you, but for me i hit the wall at 6000 cals /day when eating that much day in day out--seems to be my limit
yeah , i get hungry when dieting even on around 3500 or so, but thta's supposed to be dieting right--you get hungry and actually have to suffer to the next meal
--or i guess if one has freaky metabolism as you that ain't necessary, i wouldn't complain that's for sure
do yuo have an estimated anticipated contest weight, i assume around 255ish or so, cause at 5 10 that would be THICK!!!

Hi Instinct my way thinking is that if you using the right supplements to speed your metabolism up and right gear to gain and not lose muscle you must be able to put on muscle faster than when you are bulking with a slower metabolism ( at least this is what I find ). I see no reason in feeling hungary as obviously your body needs feeding so pile on down the food and keep growing
Have no weight in mind as plays tricks with my head so just want to look as good as can be. As for placings this is my first show as a Pro so really there to learn ,improve , and look as good as poss. This is competitors list so far
