Very impressive......nice shape ,balance , and good off season conditioning.Just keep doing what you are doing.You definately on the right track.15- 20 pounds of balanced mass on your frame and you will be down right scarey.Take your time......you are not wasting your time at all.....it is there bro.....get keep filling out slowly, and most supers in the country will not want any part of you!Best of luck and keep up the good work.

How tall are you? I always love to see how close some of the guys are to me based on BMI and see how good they look. Of course, I'm usually the skinny one but it gives me hope on how good I could look if I reached that BMI.

i am 5'11 1/2". i wouldnt use bmi as a measure to compare. its only accurate for the average person who doesnt lift weights. every BB will be obese or higher on that
scale.

Nice. Just shy of six feet. Definitely on your way to getting huge (as if the pictures don't already tell most of the story).

I would use BMI just for that very reason. It measures mass over height so if you know the guy is ripped, the more obese he is, the more muscle comparatively per inch.

Usually, I start out with 5'9", my height, and add or remove 8-9lbs for every inch to help me compare how muscled a guy that might be taller or shorter than me is. From there, you can look at pictures and say, "I could look like that if I put on X amounts of lbs in muscle."

I guess I think about stuff like this too much. Sometimes, it helps to have models though. I know, a bit of flattery but I like to think about accomplishments of real people. Alot of times,people oversensationalize the achievements of the few when the achievements of others is no less significant although alot less "publicized".
