Upper Inner Chest Shrugs. You gotta try this!

Do these isolation movements have any value? (TRY THEM FIRST!)

These really help a lagging chest.

These are great if you have had any type of shoulder/pec injury.

I like these as a first excersize to warm up and pre exhaust.

8 sets of 10reps with the same weight. 15 second rest between sets.

These pec shrugs work great standing back against a high incline bench holding a barbell.

I dunno.....not sure if I'm buying it. But what the hell...ill give em a try

You need to give these at least 2-3 workout sessions just to get the proper squeeze and feel.

Start with a light weight and concentrate on the squeeze. Do sets of 20 reps until you get the right feel.

hmmmmmmmmm.....

I see you are a new member and I am looking forwards to even more valuable contribution from you , Thanks

But why? I'll stick to what really works

Definitely something different. Might be just that little boost that some of us might need

I like being told how to develop my upper, inner chest by someone who doesn't have a developed upper, inner chest

:(

He had to say he's natty, thanks captain obvious

why not just use a dumbbell and cross over?
45 degree angle, up by the head, moderate weight, max reps, done.

it isn't difficult.

EDIT: you should be standing when you do these.

Your handle made me laugh. Was always a big fan of VINCE.

there was a john meadows video with something he called revers shugs, locked elbows on dip thingy. those were pretty cool! :lightbulb:

Pec minor dips....and they're great

I have funky pec insertions.

My Left upper pec is nice and full right up to the collar bone with a thick middle insertion.

My right upper pec has like a hole where it should have a thick middle insertion.

Anyway, what I have noticed from these pec shrugs is they are really hitting hard to get fibers from the top to bottom of the pecs.

Im starting to get nice top to bottom striations from doing these for about 2 months is what im trying to say.

We all know some guys have great pecs that grow great just from the basics.

And yes of course still do heavy compound movements.

If you have stubborn pecs I highly recommend these.
