Upper Inner chest

I have a week upper inner chest. It pops when I do a most muscular pose but I say bring my arms back behind me it goes away. Everywhere else stays thick excpet upper middle.

I only have been doing incline presses for the last 8 years.. MAYBE doing flat presses once in a while.

Is there a way to build muscle there or is this my genetic flaw?

My currect chest exercises for DC training are.

Low incline smith
high incline smith #3 hole
hammer flat press

Wondering if the high press will just work my delts? What to do?
 
upper, inner chest

whatever Franko Columbo did, it worked for him didn't it. I've never seena more defined upper, inner chest myself. As far as I know, incline bench is the best thing for the area.............
 
Franco credits military presses for his upper chest...


I also heard close grip BP is good for upper and dips.
 
I used to have the smame problem. I thought it was genetics but it is not. Once I got into the 315 range on benge it really started to come in. So it will come, with a little hard work and more muscle maturity, I dont think it has anything to do with age but more so to do with years of training hard.
 
Get on the pec deck machine, and put the seat at the lowest possible position so when you do the exercise, your elbows are level with your ears.
Stick your chest out and arch your back.
Put your chin in your chest.
Do the exercise that way, emphasising the negative.

If no joy, use Syntherol.
 
Weight77 pretty much nailed it. SAME with me. Just recently too i started hittin 315 incline for decent rep range, and wouldnt u know it, along with an overall thicker chest, upper inner chest is startin to pop out. I have like a ledge now all the way across my shoulders lol.

Big A, i love that exercise once in a while, but when tryin to hit upper i try not to arch my chest out as much, still feel it a lot in the upper.
