I have a week upper inner chest. It pops when I do a most muscular pose but I say bring my arms back behind me it goes away. Everywhere else stays thick excpet upper middle.
I only have been doing incline presses for the last 8 years.. MAYBE doing flat presses once in a while.
Is there a way to build muscle there or is this my genetic flaw?
My currect chest exercises for DC training are.
Low incline smith
high incline smith #3 hole
hammer flat press
Wondering if the high press will just work my delts? What to do?
